Kim K Shows Off Toned Abs In Bikini PicHonestly, if you're still obsessed with Kim Kardashian's butt , then you must not have seen her abs lately. Kim shared a #TBT photo on Friday showcasing her extremely toned core in a mirror selfie she took in Costa Rica last week, according to her caption.
Kim sweats hard for those abs-frequently posting snippets of her workouts on Instagram stories, so it's no surprise that she wants to show them off.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star works her abs during basically every workout, and devotes an entire training session to core work every week. Her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, toldWomen's Health that she and Kim work out together six days a week at 6 a.m. for one hour to an hour and a half.

Still, that's not to say Kim never takes a rest day, "You want to work out efficiently and be smart about it," Alcantara says.
Kim actually doesn't do much cardio , either. "85 percent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made up of cardio," Alcantara says.
This isn't the first time Kim's showed off her super-toned core on Instagram. She posted a bathroom selfie (yep...that's what Kim's bathroom looks like) in February of this year.
